CONTENTS
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Spinbetter platform at spinbetter.africa, operated by Spin Entertainment N.V., registered in Curacao (License No. 8048/JAZ). By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. Spinbetter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Spinbetter. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted are not permitted to register. We reserve the right to request verified proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently suspended and all funds forfeited. Spinbetter implements automated age-verification systems and cooperates fully with applicable regulatory authorities in Africa and internationally.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each user is entitled to one account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. In the event of unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected]. Spinbetter reserves the right to suspend accounts pending full KYC verification in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All transactions are processed in accordance with our Payment Policy. Minimum deposit is $10 USD or local equivalent. Withdrawals require successful KYC verification and processing takes 1-5 business days depending on the selected method. Spinbetter reserves the right to request documentation for any transaction. Funds must be used for wagering; withdrawals of deposited amounts without wagering activity may be subject to processing fees. We accept major African payment methods including M-Pesa, MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and international cards.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All promotional offers including the Welcome Bonus (use promo code AFRICASPIN), Sports Bonus, and Casino Bonus are subject to individual promotion terms. Bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 35x unless otherwise stated. Bonuses are valid for 30 days from issuance. Abuse of promotional offers, including multi-accounting or use of third-party funds, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and possible account termination. Spinbetter reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6. Responsible Gaming
Spinbetter is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All content on spinbetter.africa including trademarks, logos, software, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Spin Entertainment N.V. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Curacao.
